Pam Brooks started Cornerstone Consulting International with one goal, to help people discover their inner motivation to achieve.  “Empowering people to maximize their talents is a passion in my life, as I love to watch people create positive effective change in their lives.”  Pam has been helping people develop and maximize their talents since graduating with honors from the University of Washington where she earned a Masters Degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication. Her desire to help others compelled her to also complete a Masters equivalent in Counseling.

Pam has been designing and delivering communication workshops for the past 10 years and currently works as a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University and has been called in as an area expert to help in the major and communication course design for the University of Phoenix.

For the past 6 years she has been focusing on the integration of a person’s natural behavioral and thinking styles and how this impacts their performance, or potential performance in many areas.  The insights she has given executive teams, retained search firms, and others have made a positive and profound impact.  Her reputation speaks for itself and you can see what others are saying about her in the Testimonials section of this Website.

Her methods of integrating this information to staffing situations, leadership, group dynamics and performance have proven themselves over and over.
